Angel doesn’t have any fancy milk records, she’s never been shown, so we won’t have any fancy show pictures and she has never been appraised. When my friend Cindy Rogers passed away on 10/4/2008, I was very happy to bring Angel home. With Sugar (an Amie daughter) no longer being able to have kids, I was glad to have another Amie daughter to keep the great milk lines going. Cindy Rogers and Larry Neilson purchased Amie when she was 3 and later purchased Secret & Whisper from our herd. During this time the little girl they were wanting was born and her name was Angel. Later I was fortunate to be able to bring Amie back home. Angel is extremely dairy with depth and spring of rib. She is a big deep and long bodied doe. Before she came to Mamm-Key she produced 18 pounds a day. She developed mastitis sometime in her life and with her first freshening here at Mamm-Key, at age 9, she no longer milked. Here teats are a little to the outside. Her udder structurally is correct. If you are looking for milk, strength and longevity Angel’s your girl. She is gentle, kind and patient, She is just like her mamma.
